Commitment to Clean

Jambuluwuk Hotels & Resorts has successfully obtained CHSE (Clean, Healthy, Safety, and Environment) certification from the Ministry of Tourism and Economy Creative (Kemenparekraf) by meeting cleanliness, health, safety and environmental standards in the hospitality sector amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This CHSE certification program is implemented by the Ministry of Tourism and Economy Creative for tourism business actors such as hotels, transportation services, and restaurants to ensure objectively the implementation of standard health protocols has been carried out correctly and consistently in accordance with CHSE guidelines in the tourism sector.

This CHSE certification is obtained after a thorough audit in which a team of independent auditors reviews and directly checks all hygiene and hygiene protocols implemented by the hotel in all rooms, public areas and employee workspaces. The aspects examined include the availability and application of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the cleanliness, health and safety of employees, guests, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and other parties in the hotel.

A total of 6 hotels and resorts of Jambuluwuk have successfully received the CHSE certification, which is a form of assurance to the public that the products and services provided meet the standard protocols for health, cleanliness, safety and environmental sustainability. It is also part of our commitment to create a safe and hygienic environment for guests and employees, and to provide a worry-free stay experience.

As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns CHSE guidelines in the tourism sector to defeat COVID-19. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.
